Jubilee Life Won ‘Asian Leadership Award for Excellence in HR”

Jubilee Life, the largest life insurance provider in the private sector, reaffirmed its position as the leading insurance company with its recent achievement – the “HR Leadership” award. The award was presented at the Asian Leadership Awards function by World HRD Congress to the HR head of Jubilee Life, Mr. Munawar Khalil.
The objective behind these awards is to recognize the efforts of those individuals or organizations, who have surpassed several levels of excellence to reach the benchmark point as an exemplary leader and a role model for the entire industry. The aim is to bring together the best individuals of Asia under one roof, who have through their consistent effort, leadership and hard work, managed to build excellent organizations.
The criterion of selecting the winners is based on a framework that consists of individual’s abilities, strategic perspective, business goal management, risk management, people management, change agent, customer focus and performance management that leads to excellence in their field. Based on these standards, entries are judged by a panel of jury and a research cell that thoroughly reviews all participating individuals.
The award was presented by Professor Indira Parikh, India’s Iconic HR Leader and President, Foundation for Liberal and Management Education. On this occasion, Mr. Khalil said, “It is an honour for me and my entire team to be selected for such a prestigious award.
